25% deposit to confirm reservation. Discount 20% for rentals of a month or longer. Minimum rental 3 day's. Maximum 5 persons. Two times a week cleaning and change of sheets and towels included. A $400 usd security deposit is required. Security deposit will be returned the day of departure if there is no damange or missing items.
