All payments can be made to a bank in the US or mailed to a Calif. address. 25% deposit is required upon making reservation; balance due before occupying house. CANCELLATION POLICY: Full refund (minus a $50 handling fee) if canceled 90 days prior to reservation date. 50% refund (minus $50 handling fee) if cancelled 60 to 89 days prior to reservation date. No refund if cancelled less than 60 days prior to reservation date or if you end your occupancy prior to the end of your reservation. Excludes a situation which renders the house unfit for habitation. OTHER INFORMATION Phone service in house can be arranged with a $100 deposit from which any long distance call charges or any other "extra" phone usage charges will be subtracted. Limit 5 connected calls per day. Over 5 calls per day $2 pesos per connection. Possible dial-up internet access can also be arranged - please inquire. There is twice weekly housekeeping service (not dish washing but all other house cleaning chores) is included. Other services with the housekeeper can be arranged directly with her. A binder will be available to all renters providing much more information about your stay in the house, places to go and things to see and do in the La Manzanilla area.
