RATES and RESERVATIONS Nov. 1 thru May 31 Per night (two night minimum) $65 Per week $450 June 1 thru Oct. 31 Per night (two night minimum) $40 Per week $260 Per month $900 (Longer stays please call for pricing) All prices are in USD. 25% deposit is required upon making reservation; balance due before occupying house. CANCELLATION POLICY: Full refund (minus a $50 handling fee) if canceled 90 days prior to reservation date. 50% refund (minus $50 handling fee) if cancelled 60 - 89 days prior to reservation date. No refund if cancelled less than 60 days prior to reservation date or if you end your occupancy prior to the end of your reservation. Excludes a situation which renders the house unfit for habitation. OTHER INFORMATION There is twice weekly housekeeping service (not dish washing but all other house cleaning chores) is included. Other services with the housekeeper can be arranged directly with her. |
