CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations have to be acknowledge by us in writing, email, fax, etc. In general these are the guidelines we follow: ONE NIGHT MINIMUM CHARGE IN ALL CASES. For longer than one night stays: 1) Cancellation done from 16 + days prior to arrival one night charge. 2) Cancellation done in less than 15 up to 8 days, 50% charge of total reservation. This amount minus one night will be credited to a future reservation. Restrictions apply. 3) Cancellation done in less than 8 days prior to arrival, 100% charge. This amount minus one night will be credited to a future reservation. Restrictions apply. 4) NO REIMBURSEMENTS IN NO SHOWS. 5) NO REIMBURSEMENTS if cancelled after arrival. 6) Restrictions: Postponed reservations will be honored during the months of low season and only in last minute reservations made 15 days prior to arrival. Subject to space. Good for maximum 4 months. Cancellation polices can change any time without previous notice. Thank you for your cooperation.
